California Closets Nashville is seeking a Production Specialist to join our craft-focused team. You will inspect, organize, and stage cabinet components, ensuring quality and timely readiness for installation.

Responsibilities include assembling doors and drawers per blueprints, operating woodworking machinery safely, and collaborating with teammates to meet project timelines. Prior woodworking experience is preferred, but training is available.

Qualifications

• Meticulous with an eye for quality craftsmanship and precision.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods in a fast-paced production environment.
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly and effectively.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a collaborative team setting.

Responsibilities

• Cabinet Assembly: Assemble doors, drawers, and wood components per blueprints and shop drawings.
• Quality Control: Inspect materials and finished products for defects to meet quality standards.
• Machinery Operation: Safely operate woodworking machinery (saws, edge banders, CNC routers).
• Material Handling: Receive, organize, and track materials for each job.
• Shop Maintenance: Keep the shop organized and tools/machinery maintained.
• Collaboration: Work with teammates to meet timelines and quality standards.
