Job summary

Novo Manufacturing Llc is seeking a Production Worker to set up and operate woodworking equipment, including drill presses, lathes, CNCs, routers, planers, and sawing tools. You will take ownership of quality and output during your shift, working hands-on in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include reading work orders, inspecting materials, documenting production activity, training new hires, and maintaining safety practices.

Qualifications

• Must have basic arithmetic and geometry knowledge.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all colleagues and superiors.
• Ability to multitask with speed and accuracy while maintaining organization.
• Use of PPE and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate woodworking equipment including CNC machines and hand tools.
• Read work orders and inspect materials to determine setup and run sequence.
• Inspect in-process material and finished products for defects.
• Report production activity and equipment issues through system and documents.
• Train new hires or transfers and provide cross-area coverage as needed.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and work overtime or weekends if required.
