Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience machine operation.
• Ability to communicate with supervisors and co-workers.
• Must be able to follow directions + follow specific work procedures/steps.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Mathematical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders to determine profile type and machine setup.
• Install cutting heads and proper tooling on machine.
• Run materials through machinery and inspect for proper profile specifications.
• Make adjustments before producing orders.
• Cut wood to customer specifications and follow production schedules.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and complete production records.
