Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor woodworking machinery to meet quality and production standards.
• Receive daily assignments and gather tools/materials; report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Inspect products throughout production; complete production and timekeeping documentation.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance; maintain a 5S compliant, clean work area.
• Assist with training new operators and support team members; help in other departments as needed.
