Qualifications

• Ability to learn on the job and work independently
• Ability to read measurement tools like a tape measure
• Basic arithmetic and measurement conversions
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions in English
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to meet or exceed production quotas

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned woodworking machinery daily
• Cross-train on other machines as needed
• Set up and run machinery per procedures and guidelines
• Read production paperwork to select and sort parts
• Load and unload parts manually
• Follow daily schedule and coordinate with team
• Perform minor routine machine maintenance
• Move finished products to next production stage
• Maintain clean and safe work area
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment
• Other duties as assigned
