Valley Cabinet Inc. is a family-owned manufacturer of high-quality custom wood cabinetry. We operate in a modern facility focused on teamwork and quality. We’re seeking a motivated Machine Operator to join our team and help build lasting products.

Join us for a first shift that runs Monday through Thursday 6:00am–3:00pm and Friday 6:00am–Noon, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits designed for long-term careers.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn on the job and retain on-the-job training.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read measurement tools such as a tape measure.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to follow detailed written or oral instructions in English.
• Ability to meet quality standards with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate daily wood working machine and ensure smooth production.
• Cross train on other machines to cover workload.
• Set up and operate the machine per established procedures.
• Read production paperwork to select and sort parts.
• Manually load and unload parts to and from the machine.
• Coordinate and complete daily work according to the schedule.
• Perform minor routine machine maintenance.
• Move carts of finished product to next destination and retrieve empties.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety rules.
• Contribute to a teamwork-driven environment.
