Job summary

Express Employment Professionals in the Flathead Valley is hiring an Assembler for a manufacturing company. This is a hands-on role that will build crates, operate nail guns and other tools, and contribute to a productive team focused on daily goals.

You will read build instructions, measure and cut materials, and maintain safety and quality in a busy shop environment. Steel-toed boots are required, and a HS diploma or GED is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
• Steel-toed boots required.
• Woodworking or carpentry experience is a big plus.
• General construction or assembly experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Build large wooden crates for manufacturing and shipping.
• Use nail guns, staple guns, and other hand/power tools.
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately.
• Follow build instructions and maintain consistent quality.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
