Job summary

Lynden Door in Lynden, WA is seeking a Machining - Woodworking/Door Assembler to build high-quality interior doors. You will assemble door components, operate woodworking equipment, verify specifications, and ensure every door meets our quality standards.

Candidates should read a tape measure to 1/16", safely use hand and power tools, and lift 50+ pounds. This is a skilled production role with Monday–Friday shifts 6:00/7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with overtime as needed.

Join our Machining team and help build high-quality custom doors that are shipped throughout the U.S. and Canada. In this role, you'll assemble door components, operate woodworking equipment and tools, verify product specifications, and ensure every door meets our quality standards.

What We're Looking For

This is a skilled production position. Ideal candidates will have experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Woodworking
• Finish carpentry
• Cabinet making or cabinetry
• Millwork
• Door and window manufacturing
• General construction
• Production assembly in a manufacturing environment

We're looking for team members who have:

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately to 1/16"

In Return, We'll Offer You

• Wage: $22.00 - $25.00 (based on experience) Performance based wage review after 3 months.
• Hours worked over 40 hours in a week are paid at time and a half
