Qualifications

• Punctuality required with a 5:00 AM start.
• Availability for 8.5–9.5 hours daily, Monday–Friday.
• Must maintain physical stamina to lift heavy pieces.
• Reliable transportation for consistent attendance.
• Adaptable, eager to learn, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead carpenters with daily tasks, prep work, assembly, and site cleanup.
• Safely lift, carry, and maneuver heavy furniture and materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Follow instructions and safety guidelines while learning trade techniques.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily project goals.
