Closet Factory is seeking a motivated joiner in our manufacturing facility to prepare jobs and learn our construction methods. This role offers hands-on training and a clear path to operating machinery or working in finishing.

You will work Monday through Friday on full-time, year-round schedules with opportunities to contribute to high-quality storage projects for clients and learn from experienced teammates.

Qualifications

• Experience with basic hand tools.
• Willingness or experience working with 32 millimeter system.
• Ability to communicate with the team and willingness to help others.
• Finishing experience would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Begin in manufacturing facility preparing jobs to learn construction methods and materials.
• Operate one of our machines or work in finishing department as experience grows.
• Help the team create custom storage projects and ensure client satisfaction.
