Closets by Design is seeking a Carpentry/Installer Helper to assist Installers with installations in a safe, high-quality, and productive manner. You will communicate with clients professionally and operate company vehicles and tools safely, supporting the team to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain current driver’s license, good driving record, and operate company vehicle in a safe manner.
• Closet, garage, or office installation experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong personal organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Installers with installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive, and profitable fashion.
• Communicate with clients in a genuinely friendly and professional manner to ensure client satisfaction.
• Operate company vehicle and tools in a safe manner.
• Support installation team to complete projects on time and to specification.
