RECLAIMED WOOD SAN DIEGO, LLC, a Spring Valley, CA based lumber company, seeks a full-time Woodworker for a hybrid role. Responsibilities include cutting, shaping, assembling, and finishing wood components, reading plans, and assisting with cabinetry and custom projects.

Qualifications

• Strong Carpentry and Woodworking skills for cutting, shaping, assembling, and finishing wood components.
• Proficient in using Power Tools and Hand Tools safely in a workshop environment.
• Experience or aptitude in Cabinetry, including basic joinery, installation, and finishing work.
• Ability to read measurements, follow simple drawings or instructions, and perform basic math related to dimensions and materials.
• Commitment to workplace safety, proper PPE, and care for tools and machinery.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift lumber and stand for extended periods; prior woodworking or lumberyard experience is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Cut, shape, assemble, and finish wood products using hand and power tools.
• Read plans and measurements to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Assist with cabinetry and custom projects, including joinery and finishing work.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace; inspect materials for quality.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly; follow safety guidelines.
