Millworks By Design in Northern California is seeking experienced cabinetmakers and architectural millworkers to craft high-quality custom cabinetry and millwork. The role emphasizes reading drawings, precise fabrication, and collaboration with designers and project teams to achieve exceptional fit and finish.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional cabinetmaking or architectural millwork experience.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and cut lists.
• Proficient with CNC equipment and shop machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable attendance and on-time delivery.
• Able to lift and handle materials in a shop setting.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble cabinets, casework, and millwork.
• Read shop drawings and plans.
• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely.
• Care for materials like hardwoods, veneers, laminates.
• Maintain tight tolerances and quality finishes.
• Coordinate with designers, PMs, installers, and shop staff.
• Keep work areas clean and safe.
