Copper Mountain Resort is seeking a Woodward Copper Agent to manage sales and reservations for Woodward Copper programs, summer camps, retail, and select F&B items. The role is indoor, guest-facing, and requires working weekends and holidays.

Agents will operate the RTP/One POS to process season passes, drop-ins, classes and merchandise. The position is full-time or part-time seasonal, with shifts from 7:30 a.m. to 12 a.m. and emphasis on guest service and teamwork.

Mansioni

• Sell and fulfill online, over the phone and in person Woodward Copper products and services.
• Handle Woodward indoor programming, summer camps, retail, and some food and beverage items.
• Operate the RTP/One POS system for season passes, drop-in sessions, classes and merchandise.
• Maintain guest service standards in a high-volume environment on multiple shifts.
