Job summary

Closet Factory, a leading custom storage solutions provider, is seeking a dependable shop/factory worker to join our team in Houston. The role involves manufacturing wood parts, using hand tools and machinery, and ensuring quality before delivery to customers' homes.

Ideal candidates are team players who are detail oriented, English-speaking, with a valid driver’s license and computer skills. Prior experience with table saw, nail gun, CNC or edgebander is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Must speak English.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Experienced with woodworking hand tools (nail gun, table saw).
• Woodworking machinery experience a plus (CNC, edgebander).

Responsibilities

• Manufacture wood parts for Closet Factory products.
• Prepare jobs and check accuracy and quality before delivery.
• Support production team on shop floor.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement.
