Job summary

RealCraft is seeking a Shop Hand in Gig Harbor, WA. This entry-level, part-time role supports production, shipping, and facilities by keeping the shop tidy, restocking tools, and assisting with daily upkeep.

The position runs Monday through Thursday with hours around 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Compensation is $18–$20 per hour, with PTO from day one and a Simple IRA with company match. Prior experience is not required, but reliability and a safety-minded attitude are valued.

Responsibilities

• Shop & facility upkeep: maintain clean, organized, hazard-free spaces in production, crating, and shared areas.
• Preventative maintenance support: assist with routine maintenance, tool upkeep, and equipment care.
• Materials & inventory control: perform routine cycle counts, replenishment, and staging.
• Logistics & errands: provide backup support for local deliveries and project tasks.
• Site & event support: assist with exterior upkeep, seasonal chores, and event setup/breakdown.
