Job summary

Connect n Care ABA is seeking a BCBA for a Woodbridge, VA hybrid role. The position blends in-person clinical work with flexible remote components to support clients and families.

We offer true hybrid flexibility, low caseloads, and flexible scheduling. Licensure costs are covered, with sign-on bonuses and various bonus opportunities to enhance compensation.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification or scheduled BCBA exam.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Virginia BCBA licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure (we cover the cost!).
• Ability to provide in-person services within the Woodbridge area.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person BCBA services within Woodbridge area.
• Support BT/RBT team with supervision and guidance.
• Engage in clinical decision-making, treatment planning, and data analysis.

• Full-Time Salaried: $90K--$110K
• Full-Time Hourly: $85--$100/hour
• Part-Time: $85--$100/hour
• Flexible scheduling

BONUS OPPORTUNITIES

• Sign-on bonus

What We're Looking For

• Current BCBA certification or a scheduled BCBA exam
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
