Job summary

Richco Structures is seeking to grow our design team in Haven, Wisconsin. This role designs wood trusses for roof, floor and wall systems, reading plans and ensuring designs meet customer specifications. Remote not available.

You will read architectural and structural drawings, draft final layouts, and communicate with the team, customers and production staff to resolve discrepancies. Minimum 2 years of design or drafting experience preferred; training is provided.
