Job summary

Axiom Custom Products seeks a Build Manager to lead our shop floor, translate master plans into actionable tasks, and drive on-time assembly progress. You will supervise teams, ensure accurate builds, and coordinate with CNC, metal, and finish departments to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a custom fabrication environment.
• Strong communication skills in a fast-paced shop.
• Ability to coach and develop team members across skills.
• Ability to balance labor hours with output and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shop floor huddles and align priorities with HOM/AMM.
• Ensure drawings and revisions are followed; catch issues early.
• Rebalance work when projects slip or peak demand occurs.
• Coordinate with CNC, metal, and finish departments to ensure clean handoffs.
• Monitor quality and prevent rework through in-process checks.
• Track labor targets and provide clear, data-driven updates to leadership.
