Job summary

Mayzon is seeking a Wood Processing Supervisor to lead daily operations within its wood fabrication and finishing department, overseeing production performance and safety compliance. You will be responsible for driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have a degree in Manufacturing or related fields, at least 5 years of experience in wood processing, and strong leadership skills. The position offers a competitive compensation package, including medical benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in wood processing, cabinetry, furniture manufacturing, or similar production environment.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of hardwoods, MDF, particle board, laminates, and finishing systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise daily wood processing operations.
• Ensure production schedules are achieved while meeting quality and cost targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop production associates within the wood shop.
