Skilled Trades Partners is seeking experienced Carpenters / Wood Framers to join our team on projects across New England.

Qualifications

• Previous carpentry and/or wood-framing experience.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans is a plus.
• Knowledge of framing techniques, materials, and tools.
• Ability to accurately measure, cut, and install materials.
• Reliable transportation to the jobsite.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team.
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus, but not required — we provide free OSHA and safety training.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and/or commercial wood framing.
• Frame walls, floors, roofs, and other structural components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements.
• Measure, cut, and install lumber and other framing materials.
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Ensure framing is built accurately and according to project specifications.
• Work safely and maintain a clean, organized jobsite.
• Work as part of a professional construction crew.
• Perform other carpentry and framing duties as assigned.
