Job summary

INDUSTRIAL POWER GROUP INC is hiring carpenters for multiple projects across Massachusetts, including multi-residential and commercial work. We seek experienced lead carpenters, high-end finishers, stick framers, and helpers or cut men for year-round, 40+ hour weeks with benefits after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Experience on multi-residential, commercial and residential projects in MA.
• Proven ability to lead carpentry crews on-site.
• Strong finish carpentry and framing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead carpenters oversee project carpentry scope and crew.
• Perform fine finish carpentry and detailed trim work.
• Assist with stick framing and on-site layout as needed.
• Coordinate helpers and cut men to maintain workflow.
