Concord Hospitality Enterprises is opening Cork & Crust in Pittsburgh's Oaklander Hotel. We are hiring Cooks to join a top-tier culinary space where curated wines meet wood-fired pizza and a premium guest experience.

As a Cook, you will prepare food to brand standards, maintain safety and cleanliness, and support smooth service during busy shifts. This is a full-time role with competitive benefits and growth opportunities within Concord’s hotel portfolio.

Qualifications

• 1 year: Culinary or Cooking Experience.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
• Ability to follow brand recipes and plate attractively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following brand recipe cards.
• Document all food containers per SOP and maintain proper rotations.
• Maintain safety standards at all times.
• Report to work in full clean uniform, on time and ready to serve.
• Cook orders with attention to guest requests and preferences.
• Be proactive with ordering, pars, food preparation, and equipment upkeep.
