Tazza Kitchen in Cary, NC is hiring pizza cooks to join our kitchen team in both part-time and full-time roles. You will learn all recipes, sourcing and cooking techniques, and work across stations including wood oven cooking.

Qualifications

• Kitchen experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Safe, competent knife skills.
• Stand for shift and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Experience with wood-fired cooking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn all recipes, sourcing and cooking techniques.
• Adhere to standards of quality, sanitation and safety protocols.
• Cross train in salad, saute, plancha and wood oven.
• Assist with inventory management.
• Assist with prep and dishwashing when needed.
