Responsibilities

• Execute dishes with consistency and accuracy.
• Maintain prep lists and complete assigned tasks.
• Open and close stations and manage mise en place.
• Receive, label, and store products to ensure quality.
• Keep station clean and compliant with food safety standards.
• Collaborate with chefs and cooks to uphold kitchen standards.
• Take on additional tasks as directed by chefs or management.
