Job Position: Wood Finisher

Location: Walworth, WI 53184

Pay Rate: $18.00-$22.00/hr

Shift: 1st shift, Mon-Thu, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a family-owned and operated company that has been designing, engineering, and manufacturing seating and tables for lounge and reception areas for four decades. Come join our team located in Walworth, WI as we are looking for a Wood Finisher on the first shift, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday.

Wood Finisher Duties and Responsibilities

• Use hand tools to prepare wood for finishing.

• Apply stains, paints, and other finishes to wood products using techniques like brushing, spraying, or wiping.

• Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary touch ups.

Wood Finisher Qualifications and Requirements

• Spray gun experience needed, preferably wood stains or protective coatings.

• Must have a very keen eye for detail to match color stains properly.

• Ability to understand, read, and write English.

• Able to lift 40 lbs. minimum unassisted.

• Ability to stand up to 10 hours per day.
