Job summary

Packaging Services Industries, Inc. in Williamsport, MD is seeking Wood Assemblers for our Wood Assembly Department. These full-time, first-shift roles run Mon-Thu 6:00 am–3:30 pm and Fri 6:00 am–10:00 am, with overtime as needed. No shift rotation; attendance is important.

Starting pay is $19.50 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for advancement in a safe, drug-free manufacturing environment.

Position: Wood Assembler / Carpenter Assistant

POSITION SUMMARY

The PSI Group in Williamsport MD, a leading manufacturer of corrugated boxes and custom wood packaging, is seeking Assemblers to join our Wood Assembly Department. Wood Assemblers areresponsible for the safe operation of the equipment and machinery utilized in our assembly department to build specialized packaging to meet customer specifications and expectations. These vacancies are full time, 1st shift vacancies and do not require any shift rotation. The core schedule for the positions are Monday-Thursday 6 am-3:30 pm and Fridays 6 am-10 am and overtime as needed. Good attendance is a must!

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Previous experience in finished carpentry, such as cabinet or furniture making.
