Job summary

Qualifications

• Collegiate coaching experience or related experience is preferred.
• Ability to mentor student athletes and uphold program standards.
• Knowledge of volleyball rules, strategies, and program expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach in coaching, developing, and mentoring student athletes.
• Attend all practices and games and provide position-specific instruction.
• Plan and lead workouts for assigned position groups.
• Coordinate team travel arrangements and communicate travel schedules.
• Support recruiting efforts by identifying and contacting prospective student athletes.
• Serve as primary statistician during games and report results to SIS.
