The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of Technical Design experience, expertise in garment construction, and proficiency in PLM and Adobe. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Technical Design or related field.
• Experience in garment construction, pattern making, fitting, specs, and grading.
• Experience with performance apparel is a plus.
• Proficient with PLM, Microsoft suite, Adobe.
• Strong desire to learn 3D CLO Software.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Design and create specs for proto and fit samples.
• Schedule and lead fit sessions, ensuring quality standards.
• Communicate with vendors regarding tech pack questions.
• Track and manage samples, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Maintain block library in 2D, 3D or physical samples.
• Support concept development to production samples.
• Review patterns for final production approval.
• Communicate issues found and provide solutions to vendors.
