Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in human services, public health, nonprofit management, or related field
• 3–5 years or more of related experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health and substance use disorder care systems
• Strong communication with partners and within a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Data entry and computer skills; ability to learn software programs
• Ability to work independently to achieve goals and objectives

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee the Workforce Development and Education Program at Jenna's Promise.
• Provide individualized coaching and training to build job skills and financial literacy.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create employment opportunities.
• Address barriers to employment, including debt management and work history gaps.
• Oversee JP's Promising Goods initiatives, supporting growth and adherence to policies.
• Track progress, evaluate program effectiveness, and refine strategies.
• Meet grant requirements and manage Workforce Development funding.
