Qualifications

• 5+ years of coaching experience at the collegiate level
• 1+ years supervisory experience (program or people)

Responsibilities

• Recruitment/Fundraising – coordinate and recruit prospective student‑athletes
• Compliance – monitor eligibility and rules compliance
• Operations – plan, develop and run organized practice sessions and manage travel/budget
• Academic – monitor academic progress and ensure student‑athlete success
• Other duties as assigned
