This part-time role offers an annual stipend of $6,750, which is reduced to $5,000 for on-campus residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with competition or coaching experience at the collegiate level.
• General knowledge of sport, including rules, techniques, and strategies.
• Ability to teach and develop student-athletes.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Coach in managing the women’s soccer program.
• Work closely with student-athletes on practice planning and skill development.
• Ensure compliance with NAIA and GPAC Conference rules.
