Felician University in Rutherford, NJ seeks an Assistant Coach for Men’s Wrestling. This part-time, in-person role supports the Head Coach with all aspects of the program, teaching and training student-athletes in wrestling skills, techniques, and safety, while ensuring compliance with rules and equipment needs.

The position is up to 25 hours per week with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year collegiate coaching experience in wrestling or related sport.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to engage and direct a diverse team of student athletes.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Coach with all aspects of the Men’s Wrestling program.
• Teach and train student-athletes in rules, equipment needs, skills and techniques.
