Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Prior coaching experience is preferred, ideally at the Division I level.
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Computer and video editing skills are strongly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction to student-athletes on rules, fundamentals, skill attainment, techniques and safe performance.
• Educate on NCAA requirements and assess comprehension of skills and rules.
• Prepare team for competition and practice; tailor instruction to individuals and groups.
• Recruiting and administrative duties as assigned, including goals, records, communications, and fundraising.
