Adult & Teen Challenge is looking for a Women’s Program Staff Intern in Jackson, Missouri. This internship serves to support women's residential recovery and provides an opportunity for recent graduates to grow in leadership and service.

Interns are expected to encourage women in their transformational journeys, cultivate a supportive environment, and assist in daily program operations while embodying Christian values.

Housing and meals are included, with a focus on servant leadership.

• Demonstrated commitment to personal recovery, spiritual growth, and Christian values.
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day life of women’s residential recovery program.
• Help cultivate a safe and hope-filled home for residents.
• Complete routine operational tasks as needed.
