Job summary

Adult & Teen Challenge is looking for a Women’s Program Staff Intern in Jackson, Missouri. This internship serves to support women's residential recovery and provides an opportunity for recent graduates to grow in leadership and service.

Interns are expected to encourage women in their transformational journeys, cultivate a supportive environment, and assist in daily program operations while embodying Christian values.

Housing and meals are included, with a focus on servant leadership.

The Women’sProgram Staff Intern serves alongside staff to support the day-to-day life of awomen’s residential recovery program. This internship is designed for recent Adult & Teen Challenge graduates who feel called to grow in servant leadership whileencouraging women as they pursue freedom, healing, and lasting transformation.

Interns help cultivate a safe, structured, and hope-filled home whereresidents can grow spiritually and personally, while gaining practicalexperience in ministry-focused support and program operations.
