Job summary

Adult & Teen Challenge USA is seeking a compassionate individual for a long-term internship at our men's center in Neosho, Missouri. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on ministry experience while supporting students in recovery. Key responsibilities include mentoring students, overseeing program details, and assisting with group sessions. Candidates must have a commitment to Biblical Christianity and the desire to serve. Room and board, along with potential pathways to full staff, are available.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the Adult & Teen Challenge program, or a Christian background supporting hands-on ministry internship.
• Willingness to live on-site and adhere to internship guidelines.
• Driver’s License is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and mentorship to current ATC students.
• Oversee program work details and assist staff with activities.
• Help facilitate group sessions and devotionals as needed.
