Summary

Sales Associate in Women’s Ready-to-Wear responsible for assisting customers with product selection, providing personalized styling guidance, and driving sales on the retail floor. Delivers high-quality customer service, maintains product knowledge, and helps preserve store presentation standards. Works collaboratively with the sales team to meet individual and store performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, assess needs, and recommend appropriate merchandise.
• Provide personalized styling and product information to build client relationships.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store sales performance.
• Process transactions, handle returns, and manage customer follow-up.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor organized.

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, ideally in apparel or fashion.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and selling skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable standing and moving on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Basic experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory handling.
