Summary

Provide attentive, personalized service on the sales floor for womens ready to wear merchandise. Assist customers with product selection and styling while maintaining visual standards and supporting store sales goals. Represent the assortment with product knowledge and a focus on building repeat clientele.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, assess needs, and provide styling recommendations for womens ready to wear.
• Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and follow up to build client relationships.
• Maintain merchandising and presentation standards on the sales floor and fitting rooms.
• Process sales transactions, handle returns, and support inventory replenishment.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail or customer-facing sales experience, preferably in apparel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
• Knowledge of womens ready to wear trends and sizing, with an eye for styling.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
