Ethos Brands seeks a Women’s Product Developer to manage the lifecycle of products from design hand-off to production hand-off, coordinating between design, merchandising, and production to deliver seasonal collections on time and within quality standards.

The role emphasizes maintaining PLM data integrity, optimizing cost structures, and ensuring products meet targeted margins while collaborating with overseas and domestic vendors. A strong design sensibility and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Design, Textile Science, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product development, preferably in men’s performance or lifestyle apparel.

Responsibilities

• Design execution and development of men’s categories from concept to production.
• Drive Time & Action calendar to ensure milestones from prototype to salesman samples are met on time.
• Maintain and update PLM system with style data, sample comments, and related documentation.
• Track strike-offs, lab dips, prototypes, and samples through production stages with cross‑functional teams.
• Partner with design and merchandising to meet margin and gross profit targets.
