Job summary

Vermont State University seeks a head women’s lacrosse coach to lead all aspects of the program. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with coaching experience required, master’s preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of NCAA rules and college athletics operations.
  • Strong recruiting, retention, and student-athlete welfare focus.
  • Ability to oversee academics, travel logistics, and fundraising.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight of all lacrosse program activities.
  • Plan practices and game preparation; supervise staff and GA's.
  • Recruit and retain qualified student-athletes; monitor academics.
  • Coordinate team travel, lodging, and meals; manage budgets.
  • Engage in alumni relations and fundraising on behalf of the program.
