Job summary

BD is seeking a Territory Manager for Women’s Health in Tempe, AZ. You will represent BD Peripheral Intervention, drive sales, and build relationships with strategic accounts to expand market share.

You will lead product evaluations, deliver comprehensive product in-services, and manage quarterly business reviews with procurement and district management. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in sales are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; medical device sales experience preferred.
• 2+ years of proven sales success, preferably in Women’s Health.
• Demonstrated human relations and communication skills.
• Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license and meet auto safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Sell the entire Women’s Health Biopsy portfolio to current and new accounts.
• Establish relationships with key customers at strategic accounts to drive market share.
• Provide clinical competence and knowledge in Women’s Health.
• Conduct product evaluations to increase BD’s market share.
• Understand and demonstrate contractual landscape.
• Deliver in-service trainings on products to stakeholders.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with managers and procurement.
• Collaborate with Territory Manager to enhance relationships.
• Plan sales calls and manage time effectively.
• Develop thorough knowledge of products and clinical data.
• Inform District Manager of market changes and competition.
• Provide prompt solutions to customer complaints.
• Analyze customer needs and create solutions.
• Maintain company vehicle and property.
• Complete BD Peripheral Intervention reports per procedures.
