Job summary

BD is seeking a Territory Manager for Women’s Health to represent BD Peripheral Intervention in the Women’s Health setting and achieve sales objectives. You will sell the Women’s Health Biopsy portfolio, establish relationships with key accounts, conduct product evaluations, and drive market share growth.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in Women’s Health, along with strong communication and driving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; medical device sales experience preferred.
• 2+ years of proven sales success, preferably within the Women’s Health Industry.
• Demonstrated human relations and communication skills.
• Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Sell the entire Women’s Health Biopsy portfolio to current and new accounts.
• Establish solid, working relationships with key customers at strategic accounts to create market share conversion.
• Demonstrate clinical competence and knowledge surrounding the Women’s Health Industry.
• Conduct successful product evaluations to increase BD’s market share.
• Understand and demonstrate the contractual landscape.
• Inform customers of new and current pricing, backorders, and company policies.
• Deliver comprehensive in-service trainings of products to all concerned individuals.
• Plan sales calls to manage time effectively and meet objectives.
• Develop thorough knowledge of all products and clinical data.
