Job summary

Becton, Dickinson and Company is seeking a Women’s Health Territory Manager to cover Greater Dallas, North & West Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico. This role focuses on selling the BD Peripheral Intervention Women’s Health Biopsy portfolio, building senior-level relationships with strategic accounts, and delivering clinical knowledge to drive market share gains.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, 4 years of outside medical device sales experience, and up to 75% travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4 years of outside sales experience in medical device sales preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Based in Dallas, TX; travel up to 75% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Represent BD Peripheral Intervention in Women’s Health within a defined geographic area and achieve sales objectives.
• Sell the entire Women’s Health Biopsy portfolio to current and new accounts.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at strategic accounts to drive market share.
• Provide clinical knowledge and product expertise to customers and conduct product evaluations.
• Deliver in-service trainings and compare pricing and policies with customers as needed.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with district managers and procurement teams.
• Plan sales calls and manage time efficiently to maximize coverage.
• Maintain knowledge of products and clinical data; report market changes to management.

Women’s Health Territory Manager - Covering Greater Dallas, North & West Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico

Responsibilities

• To represent BD Peripheral Intervention in the Women’s Health setting in a specific geographical area assigned by the company, and take necessary action to attain sales objectives.
• Sell the entire Women’s Health Biopsy portfolio to current and new accounts.
• Ability in establishing solid, working relationships with key stakeholders at strategic accounts to create market share conversion
• Expert in Clinical Acumen and Knowledge surrounding the Women’s Health Industry
• Conduct successful product evaluations to increase BD’s market share
• Understand and demonstrates the contractual landscape
• Informs customers of new and current pricing, backorders, and company policies.
• Drives comprehensive in-service of products to all concerned individuals.
• Conduct business reviews quarterly with department managers, purchasing and procurement
• Collaborate with Territory Manager to drive impact through relationships
• Plans sales calls on a continuous basis, handling sales time effectively.
• Develops thorough knowledge of all products and clinical data.
• Informs District Manager of significant market changes and competitive activity.
• Achieves prompt, mutually satisfactory solutions to customer complaints.
• Analyzes customer needs and creates solutions.
• Maintains company automobile and company property.
• Completes and processes BD Peripheral Intervention reports including but not limited to: sales summary reports, expense reports, monthly product tracking reports, account targeting reports, and complaint reports in accordance with established procedures and policies.

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor's degree required 4 years of outside sales experience in medical device sales.
• Preferably within the Women’s Health Industry Demonstrated human relations and communication skills Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license and meet BD's auto safety standards.
• Must be based in Dallas, TX Travel up to 75% travel within territory
