Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certification in physical therapy; Master's or Clinical Doctorate preferred.
• Current Physical Therapist license in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate sound clinical reasoning in evaluating patients and planning care.
• Collaborate with patients and families to create and update plans of care with measurable goals.
• Follow established practice guidelines and adjust plans as needed.
• Discharge patients when goals are achieved and arrange follow-up as required.
• Provide teaching to patients, caregivers, and students; participate in clinical education.
• Deliver timely, legible documentation and clear oral reports.
