Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Women’s Health NP/PA for a full-time outpatient role at our Santee Clinic in East County, San Diego. This position offers the opportunity to work in a well-established group with comprehensive benefits, including CME allowance and sign-on bonus.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum two years of full-time experience as a WHNP/PA in women’s health
• At least five years of clinical experience preferred
• Experience with initial OB/first trimester ultrasounds required
• Ability to interpret fetal assessment tests (NST) and conduct initial OB visits
• Competence in performing wellness exams, pap smears, pelvic exams, IUD and Nexplanon insertions, endometrial biopsies
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Position Details

• Clinic hours: 8 am to 5 pm, five days a week, no after-hours or inpatient work
• Full-time, salaried, with benefits, CME allowance, and sign-on bonus

Additional Information

The role involves outpatient care only, with no on-call or inpatient responsibilities. The salary starts at approximately $134,000 annually, excluding bonuses and incentives.
