Requirements/Preferred Experience:

• Seeking an experienced Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) or Physician Assistant to join our OBGYN Department at our Santee clinic in East County.
• Minimum of two (2) years of full-time experience (as a WHNP/PA) in a Women’s Health setting is required.
• Ideal candidate would have at least 5 years of clinical experience.
• Experience with initial OB/first trimester ultrasound is required.
• Previous or related experience to provide excellent patient care.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• OB: interpret fetal assessment tests (NST) and conduct initial OB visits.
• GYN: perform wellness exams, including pap smears, pelvic exams, reproductive exams, IUD insertions, Nexplanon insertions, and endometrial biopsies.
• Clinic hours are from 8 am to 5 pm, five days a week, with one hour for lunch. Expected to provide eight hours of patient contact daily.
• No after-hours call or inpatient work; this position is 100% outpatient.
• Full-time salaried position with full benefits, including CME allowance and SIGN-ON BONUS.

Annual starting salary for a new NP/PA graduate is $134,000/year. This figure is the base salary only and does not include productivity bonuses or incentives. Compensation varies by department/division and is discussed during recruitment.
