Job summary

Medi-Weightloss of Chesterfield is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide personalized medical care across weight management and hormone optimization programs in a growing women's health practice. You’ll develop expertise in menopause care and metabolic health.

The role offers a 24–40 hour/week schedule with growth as patient volume expands, a strong focus on education, and opportunities to obtain CMP certification within the first year.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri Nurse Practitioner license.
• Current national Nurse Practitioner certification.
• Prescriptive authority as allowed by Missouri law.
• Genuine passion for women’s health and ongoing learning.
• Commitment to evidence-based medicine and patient education.
• Willingness to pursue CMP certification and participate in training.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one medical care across weight management, hormone optimization, and wellness programs.
• Evaluate and manage patients in medically supervised weight-management plans.
• Assess hormone-related symptoms and manage optimization care per protocols.
• Develop expertise in perimenopause, menopause, and midlife women’s health.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical exams.
• Order and interpret labs and imaging as appropriate.
• Prescribe and manage medications within scope and Missouri requirements.
• Monitor treatment response and communicate findings to patients.
• Educate patients on nutrition, lifestyle, and preventive wellness.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and collaborate with the clinical team.
