University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus seeks a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) for a 0.90 FTE position in the College of Nursing Women’s Health Faculty Practice. The role includes well-woman, reproductive health, menopause, and gynecological care across the lifespan in an ambulatory setting.

The WHNP will work within the Women’s Health Clinic, collaborating with CU nursing faculty and other CU providers, while engaging in practice development and interdisciplinary committees.

Qualifications

• WHNP certification and current NP licensure.
• Master’s degree required for Instructor/Senior Instructor; doctoral degree for Assistant Professor.
• Commitment to clinical education and collaboration with CU faculty and students.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope care to patients across the lifespan.
• Deliver care in outpatient clinic settings.
• Participate in practice development, promotion, and community outreach.
• Educate health-care team students and participate in evaluations.
• Maintain credentialing materials and participate in health-plan contracts.
