Job summary

Natera is seeking an Account Sales Representative to join our Women’s Health sales team. You will work with Clinical Field Specialists to drive revenue, build strong customer relationships, and expand market adoption among OB/GYNs, MFMs, and other key clinicians.

You will collaborate across marketing, clinical operations, and lab teams to present diagnostic solutions that improve patient care and workflow for multi-city territories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional sales experience.
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience (medical, biotech, or diagnostics strongly preferred).
• Familiarity with OB/GYNs, MFMs, or women’s health products is a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce.com preferred) and modern productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CFS to close business, accelerate adoption, and expand market reach.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing accounts, ensuring high retention and customer satisfaction.
• Assess clinical practice needs and present diagnostic solutions that enhance patient care and workflow efficiency.
• Coordinate territory logistics and resolve account challenges to ensure seamless onboarding and support.
• Maintain strict compliance with company policies, HIPAA, and healthcare industry regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (marketing, clinical operations, laboratory teams) to support regional strategy.
